VF Furniture
For the VF Corporation (a conglomorate which owns many fashion brands) I used their waste material to create furniture, meant to end up in one of their headquarters. They provided us with Nylon waste from backpack production and left over jeans from the previous fashion year (Normally these always get burned...). Using the needlepunching method I fused these materials with recycled PET felt. This felt was then used as a base for bean bags, and heat pressed into chairs and table tops.
